Refund policy
At OuttaBoxx, every product is custom-made just for you — each design is hand-drawn, digitized, and embroidered based on your photo or artwork.
Because of this personalized nature, all sales are final and non-returnable / non-refundable.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations since our artists and digitizers start working immediately.
However, we’re always here to help if you have any concerns or issues with your order.
Please Note:

Order Cancellations

Once your order is submitted, we cannot cancel it as production begins right away.

If your order has not yet entered production, we can process a partial refund, with ₹500 deducted as design initiation fees.

Discounted Orders

Orders purchased using a discount code or during a sale are not eligible for any return, replacement, or refund.

Lost / Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, OuttaBoxx is not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

Please contact your local post office with your tracking number to initiate a claim if needed.

Order Issues

In the rare case that you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
